• Use a Valid Account to access the Offer and complete the ticket purchase.

Event and Ticket Conditions

Ticket purchase is subject to Ticketmaster’s Purchase Policy and Privacy Notice. Details such as presale dates, times, and ticket limits will be provided here.

The participating events are subject to the event organiser’s terms and conditions of entry.

If a participating event is cancelled after ticket purchase, you will be notified using the contact details provided at purchase by Ticketmaster.

General

PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this Offer in part or in its entirety at any time in case the proper execution of the Offer cannot be ensured due to technical or legal reasons and will provide reasonable notice when possible. PayPal shall be liable without limitation insofar as the cause of the damage is based on intention or gross negligence. Furthermore, PayPal shall be liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the participant regularly relies (cardinal obligations). In this case, however, PayPal shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. PayPal shall not be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those referred to in the preceding sentences. The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, body or health, for a defect following the assumption of a guarantee for the quality of the product and for fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected. Offers are void where prohibited by law or in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse. All decisions regarding Offer eligibility and operation are final, subject to applicable law. For details about privacy, view PayPal’s Privacy Policy or contact us directly for any questions.

PayPal and Ticketmaster reserve the right to cancel or refuse any ticket purchase if:

• It breaches Ticketmaster’s Purchase Policy or these Terms;

• Presale tickets have sold out or the Offer Period has expired;

• Ticketmaster reasonably believes the purchase is intended for commercial resale; or

• The request exceeds the maximum ticket limit per Valid Account for a participating event.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By participating, you agree to these Terms, the PayPal User Agreement and Ticketmaster’s Purchase Policy. Mandatory statutory consumer protection regulations in your country of residence shall apply irrespective of the choice of the laws of England and Wales. This does not limit your right to bring any judicial proceedings relating to the Terms before the competent court of your place of residence.
